Jumblekin Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Jumblekin. By creating an account or using Jumblekin, you agree to these Terms.
1. USING JUMBLEKIN
You may use Jumblekin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate security over your login credentials.
2. YOUR MATERIAL
You retain ownership of the original content and materials you upload to Jumblekin.
You give Jumblekin permission to process, store and transmit your material as reasonably necessary to provide the service and the features you request.
You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use your material.
3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Jumblekin uses artificial intelligence to help generate, edit and transform content.
AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected material.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, distributing or relying on it.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use Jumblekin to violate the law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, abuse the service, or interfere with its operation.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Jumblekin may connect to third-party services such as social networks, hosting providers, payment processors or AI providers.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
6. CRUMBS, PAID FEATURES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Jumblekin may offer paid features, subscriptions or usage-based credits known as Crumbs.
Pricing and applicable charges will be shown before purchase.
Manual editing features identified as free do not consume Crumbs unless clearly stated otherwise.
Additional payment, refund and subscription terms may be provided when paid services are introduced.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We work to keep Jumblekin available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Features may be modified, improved, limited or discontinued as the service evolves.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security or operation of the service, or are used for fraud or abuse.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLISHED CONTENT
You are responsible for content you choose to publish, post, distribute or share using Jumblekin.
You are also responsible for confirming that your use of images, music, trademarks, names and other materials complies with applicable rights and platform rules.
10. DISCLAIMER
Jumblekin is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Jumblekin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as Jumblekin develops.
If material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
